Cancellation Policy
At Sun Solution Rentals we aim to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable booking experience. We understand that plans can change, and this Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which reservations can be modified or canceled.
Cancellation Policy by Rates
- Cancellation – Standard Rates: No refunds can be processed for these rates as there is no advance payment required.
- Cancellation – Promotional Rates: Guests can cancel their reservation without charge up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur the first night’s reservation charge.
- Cancellation – Non-Refundable Rates: No refunds are available as all bookings are final. Guests are advised not to request a booking with these rates if they are not comfortable with the non-refundable policy.
- Refunds: All refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Modifications to Reservations
- Modifications Made More Than 7 Days Before Check-In:
- Guests can modify their reservation dates or property selection up to 7 days before the check-in date without penalty, subject to availability.
- Any difference in the rate resulting from the modification will be charged or refunded accordingly.
- Modifications Made 7 Days or Less Before Check-In:
- Modifications to reservations within 7 days of the check-in date are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
- Changes are subject to availability and the discretion of Sun Solution Rentals.
Early Departures and No-Shows
- Early Departures:
- Guests who depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date will not receive a refund for the unused nights.
- The full reservation amount will be charged.
- No-Shows:
- If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date, we will charge the first night’s reservation fee.
Force Majeure
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies beyond the control of Sun Solution Rentals, cancellations or modifications may be accommodated.
- Refunds or credits for future stays will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Security Deposit
- Requirement:
- Some properties may require a security deposit. This information will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
- Refund:
- The security deposit is a refundable amount held to cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning fees during your stay. If required, details about the deposit amount and the refund process will be provided in your booking confirmation.
