Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, the first night’s stay will be charged. Please review the specific cancellation policy for each property at the time of booking.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days using the original payment method. Refunds are subject to the terms of the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking.

Yes, there is a standard cleaning fee of $300. Some properties may also require a refundable damage deposit equivalent to one night’s stay. Additionally, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $300 fee, and violations of noise restrictions after 10:00 pm could result in a $500 fine.
